I work one-on-one with individuals 15 years and older. Treatment focus may include but is not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, bipolar and psychosis.

When providing treatment to those younger than eighteen I involve the parent and family as needed and agreed upon by the client.

I offer consultation on family tactics when working with a family member experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder. I understand how mental health in one family member can affect the household and am happy to provide support, education and guidance to the family unit.

At this time I accept Premera and Regence insurance. For all others I am considered an "Out of Network" provider. I am able provide a billing invoice you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage for counseling.

I accept cash, check, debit or credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
