Who I Help

Many of my clients look like they’re holding it all together on the outside—but internally feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from always showing up for others.

You might notice a loss of motivation, less enjoyment in things you once loved, or a constant sense of stress that’s hard to turn off.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

I specialize in working with women (16+) navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, nervous system dysregulation, substance misuse, and depression.

Together, we’ll work to create lasting, sustainable change—in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering.

I offer both traditional 53-minute sessions for those interested in weekly therapy, as well as extended EMDR intensives for clients who want to focus more deeply and make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. You can learn more on my Intensives page.

How I Help

I use a blend of EMDR, nervous system-informed therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move beyond insight and into real, lasting change.

I prioritize meeting each client with compassion, curiosity, safety, trust, and collaboration. I believe every journey is unique, and as such, no two treatment plans are the same.

Our work is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you—while drawing from research-backed, evidence-based approaches.

Together, we’ll process what’s been holding you back, build awareness of your nervous system, and help you feel more like yourself again.

When it fits, I also incorporate elements of nature and animal connection into our work, honoring the powerful role they can play in regulation, grounding, and healing.

A Little About Me

Outside the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband, two boys, and our two dogs. Rooted in my Christian faith, I believe deeply in the power of hope, healing, and connection. My approach is always inclusive, honoring each person’s unique story and beliefs. I’m an avid runner and enjoy training for full and half marathons. You’ll often find me outdoors—hiking, paddleboarding, or simply recharging near salt water, where I feel most at peace. â€‹
